自動控制學會104年度「會士(Fellow)」、「r傑出自動控制工程獎」、「青年自動控制工程獎」、「博士論文獎」、「碩士論文獎」候選人自即日起接受推薦，茲檢附評選辦法、推薦表及入會申請書各乙份(如不敷使用，請自行影印)，請就 貴單位中符合該辦法規定之條件者，於本(104)年8月24日以前踴躍向自動控制學會推薦人選。

上述獎項候選人須具自動控制學會會員資格，非會員請於申請獎獎項時一併辦理入會手續並繳交會費，但其中「青年自動控制工程獎」須為一年以上之會員資格。
